Technological Overview


According to the improvement of the culture of packaging it became criteria of customers against packaging to ensure the right providing of products during transporting and storing. The importance of construction of packaging materials is the establishing of the quality of corrugated paper and the construction of boxes according to the employment. These establishing characters for example:
  • the weight of the products for packaging
  • how fill the product the capacity of the box out
  • after putting one filled box on the top of the other, should the box keep the loading or keep the product it
  • the number of boxes have to be putted on the top of the other
  • climate circumstances
  • the time of storing, transporting and warehousing
The most favorite way of packaging is FEFCO 0201 (American box), the end user can close it after packing with sticking band above and at the bottom.

One of the most considered parts of the company's activity is the determination of customer's needs. Ltd. is aiming in every case to determine the requirements so exactly, that the produced goods could satisfy all needs. In that way the company has built out so strong cooperation - especially with the partners ordering big amounts of
products -, that makes it available already in the process of preparing for production forming the most satisfying system of requirements. Determining of needs seems to be successful, because company has never got any complaints or even informal objections.
Ltd has permanent relationships with about 100 customers and producing 7 different types of products at all.
